About Kessler

The Kessler Group specializes in the production of top quality leather gloves. Our clients include leading fashion brands, department store chains, select catalogue companies, and military & police authorities in Europe, North America, and Japan. Our production team, consisting of approximately  one thousand persons, has an annual  output of 1.6 million pairs.

Our ISO 9001 accredited European main factory is in Pécs, a picturesque town in Hungary which has been a traditional centre of glove making for over 150 years. Here, our unique team of experts give us a professional and technological edge in the industry and make this factory the worldwide leader in the production of table-cut gloves. Our Chinese main factory, which was newly constructed in 2005, is located in Sanmen, Zhejiang Province, and is among the most advanced production facilities in the glove industry. Kessler continues to invest a lot of energy in the transfer of our European knowledge to China. Highly experienced managers, technicians, and foremen supervise the Chinese production to ensure that only “Kessler Quality” gloves leave the factory.

The Kessler Group has grown by more than 10% per annum over the last three decades, while the European glove industry in general decreased by 5% per annum over the same period. We owe this impressive growth in such difficult times to our unique technical knowledge and experience, which we direct to the benefit of our customers. We will continue to concentrate on this core competence so as to maintain our first choice status for top quality leather gloves.
